How to Beat the Competition for College

Intensive Instruction in College Preparation

A One-Day Workshop for Current High School Juniors

with Dechman & Gottstein Educational Consultants

Saturday, April 21st – 9 am – 4 pm

East Anchorage High School

It’s no secret that getting into top colleges has become increasingly competitive. There are simply more qualified students than available slots.

This workshop will show you:

*What colleges are looking for

*How the college application process works

*How to find colleges that are good match for you

*How to strengthen your application

*How to write a powerful college application essay

*How to build your resume to impress colleges

*Where to look for scholarships to help pay for college

*How to set yourself apart from the other applicants

Students “outside” have access to private college consultants to help them. It’s time to level the playing field.  Private college consultants Karen Dechman and Terrie Gottstein have helped their clients gain offers of admission to their top choice schools, and are bringing their years of experience to help YOU!

Cost for the one-day workshop is $150 per student, which includes access to laptop computers for hands-on instruction. Space is limited, and registration is available on a first-come, first-served basis, so don’t delay. To register and get further information, go to http://www.dgcollegesuccess.com/page2.php
