Teacher/Staff Luncheon monthly
One of the things families recognize when they choose to attend Steller is that we have no lunchroom. We do, however, have a wonderful staff, many of whom give up their own lunch hour and open their classrooms to students seeking a safe, comfortable, cozy, quiet (or jovial, depending on the classroom) space for lunch five days a week. In recognition, and appreciation of this, the parents and students host Staff Appreciation Luncheons. In the past, Advisory Groups have worked together in pairs, to provide lunch on a scheduled Wednesday in the Staff Lounge.
Parents donate a main, side or dessert.
All school fundraiser to celebrate Steller and raise money for all our activities. 11th grade students help organize the auction.
Parents solicit donations, help publicize, set and clean up day of the event, provide data entry and technical support. Families provide finger food and desserts.
