eScrip Contest
The Steller Community is enrolled in a very simple, yet powerful, fundraising program called eScrip. Together with hundreds of merchant partners, eScrip has created a system that rewards customer loyalty by contributing a percentage of purchases to support your chosen groups. It’s simple and painless and only requires supporters to register once. You can designate up to three non-profit groups to receive your support, and change your designated beneficiaries at any time. You simply register your Carr’s/Safeway club card and/or credit/debit card with escrip, then shop as you normally do. Local merchants participating in the program are: Safeway and OfficeMax. Click here to find out more.
Hundreds of other merchants are accessible through the eScrip online shopping mall—everything from Apple to Zales, Barnes & Noble to Nordstrom, can be reached through eScrip and earn dollars for Steller—you just have to link through the eScrip website first. OR you can download the eScrip Autotrack feature, and anytime you shop at a participating online merchant, you’ll see a popup window telling you how much Steller will earn from your purchase. To register, or for more information, click on the link on the Steller parent website, or go to www.eScrip.com. You do need your actual Carr’s/Safeway account # to register. If you’re like me, and usually just key in your phone number when shopping at Carr’s, you can call Safeway at 1-877-723-3929 to verify your card number.
In an effort to encourage more Steller families to sign up for eScrip, we are holding a drawing for several donated prizes. In Advisory Groups on Monday, students received copies of the registration/entry forms. Click here to download a copy. Students are not limited to immediate family members for support—grandparents, aunts & uncles, even your piano teacher can be registered as a Steller supporter. eScrip is a nationwide program, so friends and relatives in other states can also register to support Steller. Each successful eScrip registration is an entry in the drawing for the named student. Students whose families are already registered with eScrip must also submit an entry form to be considered in the drawing—the forms have appropriate boxes to mark in these instances. The drawing will take place at the All Community Meeting on Wednesday November 14.
Students need not be present to win. For questions or more information contact Rochelle Wilhelm, 562-2558, colliebarks@aol.com

Rochelle,
Do you know how much we’ve made off of eScrip so far this year? Thanks for doing this!
