What are the Bylaws?

The Bylaws…. the very word strikes fear into the hearts of new students and Steller veterans alike. Don’t worry though, this simplified version of the bylaws will make the Steller Community structure as clear as day. So, presented for your pleasure,

BYLAWS (the translated version)

I. The General Steller Community

Bylaw-speak: The general Steller Community is all Steller students, their parents, the staff, alumni, and the Steller Principal.

Translation: Basically, everyone you see in the halls, and them some, is a member of the Steller community. As a community member, you have the power to make decisions regarding Steller.

All Community Meetings are the largest, most powerful gathering of the Steller Community. They’re usually well attended, and for a good reason - you have the power to do anything at these meetings. They’re held twice a year, in September and January, but members of the community can call special meetings. All you need to do, if you’re a student, is put a notice on a bulletin board and hand out written notices to counseling group reps or teachers - at least two weeks in advance.
