AG Announcements \u00e2\u20ac\u201c 11\/19\/12<\/strong><\/p>\n

Thanksgiving Closure<\/strong><\/p>\n

<\/strong>Don’t forget – the building will close and the doors will be locked at 3:00pm THIS Wednesday, November 21st.<\/p>\n

Seniors<\/strong> – Graduation Announcements are in the office. \u00c2\u00a0Please stop by and pick up your 25 complimentary announcement cards and envelopes.<\/p>\n

Raffle<\/strong> – Help Steller get a Washer & Dryer. \u00c2\u00a0We need 4-5 student volunteers to help design the raffle tickets, flyers and posters. Please sign up in the office.<\/p>\n

Attention students enrolled in the ski\/snowboarding intensive<\/strong>: There will be a brief mandatory meeting in Ken’s room right at the start of lunch on Wednesday. Remember, today is the deadline to turn in packets and pay the intensive fee.<\/p>\n

Op group <\/strong>will be meeting on Tuesday this week.<\/p>\n

Advisory groups please vote on intensive dates<\/strong> for the 2014-2015 (year after next) school year.\u00c2\u00a0 Dates are:\u00c2\u00a0 Feb 23-Mar 5 or May 4-May 15<\/p>\n

Math as Art Intensive<\/strong> make sure to pay your class Fee this week!\u00c2\u00a0 Pay the fee BEFORE Wednesday.<\/p>\n

All Pottery Intensive<\/strong> fees must be paid to Michelle this week\u00c2\u00a0so you can have your clay in time for the Intensive!<\/p>\n

Any Pottery Intensive students who did not meet with Chris last week MUST talk to her at LUNCH today.<\/p>\n

Painting as Literature<\/strong> (Lee’s intensive) MANDATORY meeting this Tuesday<\/span><\/em><\/strong> at 12\/noon.\u00c2\u00a0 Have your favorite artist from the list and five book considerations ready to share.\u00c2\u00a0 Bring payment for Michelle on Tuesday<\/span><\/em><\/strong>.\u00c2\u00a0 It is a M-A-N-D-A-T-O-R-Y meeting.<\/p>\n

There will be an 8th grade meeting<\/strong> at noon on Tuesday in Ashley’s room. \u00c2\u00a0It will be a short meeting to plan for the dance and then time for people to work in dance committee’s. \u00c2\u00a0Please be on time.<\/p>\n

Please note that it is cheaper to purchase the Yearbook<\/strong> during this quarter.<\/p>\n

Current price is $60 Also, there is no custom personalization allowed by the publisher post December 31st deadline. If students wish to have a name\/ special phrase on a cover, icons, or autograph section they must purchase the book this semester.<\/p>\n

Dear Seniors,<\/p>\n

If you have your senior portraits<\/strong> ready please send them to Svetlana. \u00c2\u00a0Please submit your pictures in digital form either via email\u00c2\u00a0jackson_lana@asdk12.org<\/a>\u00c2\u00a0or provide a CD\/ thumb drive.<\/p>\n

Also, it is time to start working on your senior pages. \u00c2\u00a0Half page will be provided free of charge. You may choose to purchase a full page for $100.00. Submission deadline for your page and a senior portrait is December 19th.<\/p>\n

Senior full pages<\/strong> are limited. If you have not already purchased a senior full page (and intend to) please do so now, before we run out.<\/p>\n

Yearbook Staff<\/p>\n

All sailing students<\/strong> need to stop by Leigh Anne’s room today or tomorrow to pick up new paperwork and return forms by Wednesday. Also, remember there is a gear check on Wednesday, November 28th at lunch in Leigh Anne’s room, so make sure you have everything ready.<\/p>\n

Anyone interested in working at Temple of the Bean<\/strong>\u00e2\u20ac\u00a6applications will be available tomorrow (Tuesday) morning in the office. \u00c2\u00a0Everyone is invited to apply, keep in mind there are some specific rewquirements like: GPA, parental approval, ect that you need to meet.<\/p>\n

Northstar Community Service<\/strong> students\u00e2\u20ac\u00a6there will be an “Appreciation Lunch” this Wednesday, November 21st. \u00c2\u00a0Students and facullty from Northstar want to let you know what a valuable resource you are to their school.<\/p>\n

SAT and ACT<\/strong> Tests will be given the first two Saturdays of December. \u00c2\u00a0This is your last chance to get tests taken before any January 1st deadlines. \u00c2\u00a0If you have questions see John.<\/p>\n
