Call to Order.<\/p>\n<p>II: Elected Officials.<\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>Student Co-Chair: Bridget Galvin.<\/li>\n<li>Parent Co-Chair: Tina Miller.<\/li>\n<li>Secretary: Cody Berglin.<\/li>\n<li>Parliamentarians: Liam\/Roberta.<\/li>\n<li>Parent Group Liaison: Rotation between parents.<\/li>\n<li>Student Co-Vice Chair: Bob Miller.<\/li>\n<li>Parent Co-Vice Chair: Alyse Galvin.<\/li>\n<li>Chief of Operations: Haleigh Brannon.<\/li>\n<li>Attendance Officer: Myah Brannon.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p>III: All Community Meeting.<\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>Surveys have been created to be taken by students, teachers, and parents, for feedback.<\/li>\n<li>Results of this survey will determine topics of discussion for the upcoming All Community Meeting.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p>IV: Operations Group.<\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>Rock Climbing Club approved.<\/li>\n<li>Student Run Dance Club Approved.<\/li>\n<li>Full notes will be available by Monday.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p>V: Parent Group.<\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>Fine Financially.<\/li>\n<li>Parent Group Minutes will be released on Flash.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p>VI: Staff.<\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>1st Semester Grades will appear as Quarter grades; 2nd semester&#8217;s will appear as semester grade.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p>VII: Principal.<\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>Calendar appears wrong, trying to fix it.<\/li>\n<li>District mat being stored at Steller in future. Acrojitsu is able to use this mat when it arrives.<\/li>\n<li>The crew installing the interactive projectors has been fired, may be a while before all are finished being installed.<\/li>\n<li>Seminar room complete, all teachers now have keys to that and computer lab.<\/li>\n<li>Dale will go to parent group in future to ask for money to buy mat supplies.<\/li>\n<li>Steller still accepting 8th\/9th grade students, need to fill slots.<\/li>\n<li>Washer and dryer nearly finished, need one more part.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p>VIII: Announcements:<\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>Ad-board reps now sign in under advisory group to help keep track of which advisors have students coming to ad board.<\/li>\n<li>Discussion to change time of Ad Board, talk to advisory groups to see if a different time may be easier.<\/li>\n<li>Food will now be at Ad Board meetings.<\/li>\n<li>Top three attending advisory groups to have reps come to Ad Board will get pizza party.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p>IX: Adjourn<\/p>\n","protected":false},"excerpt":{"rendered":"<p>Steller Advisory Board 9\/12\/2013 I.
