Appointment times are from 8 a.m.to 4 p.m.<\/h3>\n<p>Requirements:<br \/>\n\u00e2\u20ac\u00a2 Donors must be at least 16 years old<br \/>\n\u00e2\u20ac\u00a2 Weigh at least 113 pounds.<br \/>\n\u00e2\u20ac\u00a2 Provide photo ID<br \/>\n\u00e2\u20ac\u00a2 Students under 18 must have a parental consent form signed<br \/>\n\u00e2\u20ac\u00a2 Be in good health<br \/>\nStaff and parents are encouraged to come by and donate as well!<br \/>\nIf you are a student under 18 planning to donate blood, then fill out the consent form below.
