Please go to the recall notice for the container sizes and lot numbers recalled\u00c2\u00a0<a href=\"http:\/\/www.fda.gov\/Safety\/Recalls\/ucm238528.htm\" target=\"_blank\">http:\/\/www.fda.gov\/Safety\/Recalls\/ucm238528.htm<\/a>.<\/p>\n<p>This product is recalled due to 2.5 mg\/3 mL single use vials embossed with the wrong dosage concentration therefore, represents a potential significant health hazard. Consumers should immediately return the affected product to the place it was obtained (i.e. doctor&#8217;s office, pharmacy, etc.).
