The survey will take place <strong>between January 18 and February 25 of 2011.<\/strong><\/em><strong><em> <\/em><\/strong><\/p>\n<p><em> <\/em><\/p>\n<p><em>This survey does not require parental permission and will be administered to students in grades 3 &#8211; 12.
