{"id":5887,"date":"2011-01-11T22:00:20","date_gmt":"2011-01-12T06:00:20","guid":{"rendered":"http:\/\/www.stellerschool712.org\/flash\/?p=5887"},"modified":"2011-01-11T22:00:20","modified_gmt":"2011-01-12T06:00:20","slug":"op-group-meeting-minutes-1611","status":"publish","type":"post","link":"https:\/\/www.stellerschool712.org\/main\/op-group-meeting-minutes-1611\/","title":{"rendered":"Op Group Meeting Minutes &#8211; 1\/6\/11"},"content":{"rendered":"<p>I.\u00c2\u00a0\u00c2\u00a0\u00c2\u00a0\u00c2\u00a0\u00c2\u00a0Call to Order<\/p>\n<p>II.\u00c2\u00a0\u00c2\u00a0\u00c2\u00a0\u00c2\u00a0\u00c2\u00a0Approval of Agenda<\/p>\n<p>III.\u00c2\u00a0\u00c2\u00a0\u00c2\u00a0\u00c2\u00a0\u00c2\u00a0Master of Coin\u00e2\u20ac\u2122s Report<\/p>\n<p>&#8211; Master of Coin was not there. . .<\/p>\n<p>IV.\u00c2\u00a0\u00c2\u00a0\u00c2\u00a0\u00c2\u00a0\u00c2\u00a0Old Business<\/p>\n<p>A.\u00c2\u00a0\u00c2\u00a0\u00c2\u00a0Blood Drive<\/p>\n<p>Whereas 24 students have expressed interest in donating blood,<\/p>\n<p>Whereas students have expressed interesting volunteering, and donating during a blood drive,<\/p>\n<p>In order to have a blood drive I need<\/p>\n<p>1.\u00c2\u00a0\u00c2\u00a0\u00c2\u00a0\u00c2\u00a0\u00c2\u00a024 committed donors,<\/p>\n<p>a.\u00c2\u00a0\u00c2\u00a0\u00c2\u00a0\u00c2\u00a0\u00c2\u00a0A committed donor is someone who has signed the Donor Interest Sheet and if needed turned in a Parental consent form.<\/p>\n<p>2.\u00c2\u00a0\u00c2\u00a0\u00c2\u00a0\u00c2\u00a0\u00c2\u00a0\u00c2\u00a0Parents and under aged students willing to volunteer<\/p>\n<p>a.\u00c2\u00a0\u00c2\u00a0\u00c2\u00a0\u00c2\u00a0\u00c2\u00a0To help recruit donors<\/p>\n<p>b.\u00c2\u00a0\u00c2\u00a0\u00c2\u00a0\u00c2\u00a0\u00c2\u00a0To help make\/ put up posters<\/p>\n<p>c.\u00c2\u00a0\u00c2\u00a0\u00c2\u00a0\u00c2\u00a0\u00c2\u00a0To talk to adults in their community about donating<\/p>\n<p>d.\u00c2\u00a0\u00c2\u00a0\u00c2\u00a0\u00c2\u00a0\u00c2\u00a0To help pass out food and drinks<\/p>\n<p>e.\u00c2\u00a0\u00c2\u00a0\u00c2\u00a0\u00c2\u00a0\u00c2\u00a0To keep everything organized.<\/p>\n<p>3.\u00c2\u00a0\u00c2\u00a0\u00c2\u00a0\u00c2\u00a0\u00c2\u00a0Parents and students willing to<\/p>\n<p>a.\u00c2\u00a0\u00c2\u00a0\u00c2\u00a0\u00c2\u00a0\u00c2\u00a0Donate food and drinks<\/p>\n<p>4.\u00c2\u00a0\u00c2\u00a0\u00c2\u00a0\u00c2\u00a0\u00c2\u00a0When 24 eligible students have signed up, I will call the Mobile Operations Department<\/p>\n<p>a.\u00c2\u00a0\u00c2\u00a0\u00c2\u00a0\u00c2\u00a0\u00c2\u00a0Blood drives must be scheduled 2 months in advance<\/p>\n<p>a.\u00c2\u00a0\u00c2\u00a0\u00c2\u00a0\u00c2\u00a0\u00c2\u00a0It will occur during 4<sup>th<\/sup> quarter<\/p>\n<p>b.\u00c2\u00a0\u00c2\u00a0\u00c2\u00a0\u00c2\u00a0\u00c2\u00a0If more than 32 students\/ parents are willing to donate then we will need to host the drive in the MPR.<\/p>\n<p><em>Passed with no opposition \u00e2\u20ac\u201c will be brought to Staff.<\/em><\/p>\n<p>V.\u00c2\u00a0\u00c2\u00a0\u00c2\u00a0\u00c2\u00a0\u00c2\u00a0New Business<\/p>\n<p>VI.\u00c2\u00a0\u00c2\u00a0\u00c2\u00a0\u00c2\u00a0\u00c2\u00a0Principal\u00e2\u20ac\u2122s Report<\/p>\n<p>VII.\u00c2\u00a0\u00c2\u00a0\u00c2\u00a0\u00c2\u00a0\u00c2\u00a0Staff Report<\/p>\n<p>VIII.\u00c2\u00a0\u00c2\u00a0\u00c2\u00a0\u00c2\u00a0\u00c2\u00a0Announcements<\/p>\n<p>A.\u00c2\u00a0\u00c2\u00a0\u00c2\u00a0AD board on January 13<sup>th<\/sup> that\u00e2\u20ac\u2122s Thursday!!!!<\/p>\n<p>IX.\u00c2\u00a0\u00c2\u00a0\u00c2\u00a0\u00c2\u00a0\u00c2\u00a0Adjourn<\/p>\n<p>Missing reps from: Alayne, Danielle, Gerald\/ Svetlana, Jen, Jennifer, Leigh Anne, Philip, Shanley and Troy.<\/p>\n","protected":false},"excerpt":{"rendered":"<p>I.\u00c2\u00a0\u00c2\u00a0\u00c2\u00a0\u00c2\u00a0\u00c2\u00a0Call to Order II.\u00c2\u00a0\u00c2\u00a0\u00c2\u00a0\u00c2\u00a0\u00c2\u00a0Approval of Agenda III.\u00c2\u00a0\u00c2\u00a0\u00c2\u00a0\u00c2\u00a0\u00c2\u00a0Master of Coin\u00e2\u20ac\u2122s Report &#8211; Master of Coin was not there. . .
