{"id":6560,"date":"2011-03-23T08:22:43","date_gmt":"2011-03-23T16:22:43","guid":{"rendered":"http:\/\/www.stellerschool712.org\/flash\/?p=6560"},"modified":"2011-03-23T08:22:43","modified_gmt":"2011-03-23T16:22:43","slug":"volunteers-and-donations-needed-for-the-steller-auction","status":"publish","type":"post","link":"https:\/\/www.stellerschool712.org\/main\/volunteers-and-donations-needed-for-the-steller-auction\/","title":{"rendered":"Volunteers and Donations Needed for the Steller Auction"},"content":{"rendered":"<p><span style=\"color: #cc0000;\">The Steller Auction is less than two weeks away and<\/span><strong><span style=\"color: #cc0000;\"> <\/span><span style=\"color: #cc0000;\">WE NEED DONATIONS!<\/span><\/strong> Please bring your donations to the office<span style=\"color: #cc0000;\"><strong> by 3PM on Friday March 25th <\/strong><\/span>&#8211; receipts are available in the office.<strong> Please help make this year&#8217;s auction a success by donating auction items and volunteering to help.<\/strong><\/p>\n<p><span style=\"color: #000099;\">Student Entertainers Wanted:\u00c2\u00a0\u00c2\u00a0<strong>AUDITIONS<\/strong> are this\u00c2\u00a0<strong>Friday March 25th<\/strong> after-school in the MPR.\u00c2\u00a0 All acts welcome &#8211; music, poetry, skits, etc.<\/span><\/p>\n<p>We need adult volunteers to help on the day of the auction,\u00c2\u00a0<span style=\"color: #006600;\"><strong>Saturday April 2nd, 6:30PM-9:30PM<\/strong><\/span>:<\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>Auction Set up, 10AM-1PM; Noon-3PM; or 3PM-6PM\u00c2\u00a0 &#8211; 6 people<\/li>\n<li>Assisting the kids with the games\u00c2\u00a0 -\u00c2\u00a0 2 people<\/li>\n<li>Assisting with the desserts\u00c2\u00a0 &#8211; 2 people<\/li>\n<li>Raffle tickets &amp; game ticket sales &#8211; 3 people<\/li>\n<li>Check-in Bidders, 6PM-7PM; 7PM-8PM &#8211; 2 people<\/li>\n<li>Data Entry of bidding information &#8211; 4 people<\/li>\n<li>Check-out Bidders, 8PM-9PM; 9PM-10PM &#8211; 4 people<\/li>\n<li>Cleanup after the auction &#8211; 4 people<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p>We need one parent to organize the coat check &#8211; find coat racks, get hangers, and make a tagging system.<\/p>\n<p>Please let us know if you can help by sending an email to\u00c2\u00a0<a href=\"https:\/\/webmail.asdk12.org\/owa\/redir.aspx?C=9aea968445af4c1a8eff995a6eb0018f&amp;URL=mailto%3asteller.auction%40gmail.com\">steller.auction@gmail.com<\/a>.<\/p>\n<p>The Steller Auction committee has two work days planned to organize the donations and to get everything ready &#8211; Monday March 28 and Friday April 1. \u00c2\u00a0If you&#8217;re able to help during the school day, please contact Rebecca Martin (952-4460), or Wendy Woolf (653-7751), or just come by the school.<\/p>\n<p>We are also in need of the following items: \u00c2\u00a0hangers, coat racks, empty baskets, platters, cake pedestals, tiered serving dishes, sarongs, and beach towels\/blankets.
