{"id":6827,"date":"2011-04-18T17:15:59","date_gmt":"2011-04-19T01:15:59","guid":{"rendered":"http:\/\/www.stellerschool712.org\/flash\/?p=6827"},"modified":"2011-04-18T17:15:59","modified_gmt":"2011-04-19T01:15:59","slug":"advisory-group-announcements-18-april-2011","status":"publish","type":"post","link":"https:\/\/www.stellerschool712.org\/main\/advisory-group-announcements-18-april-2011\/","title":{"rendered":"Advisory Group Announcements:   18 April 2011"},"content":{"rendered":"<p>Steller Secondary School will hold a week of lunch hour clean-ups 4\/25 thru 4\/29. \u00c2\u00a0So, grab an orange trash bag and a glove&#8230;walk your normal route to lunch and pick up trash along the way. \u00c2\u00a0Or you can eat at school then go out and pick up trash around the school grounds.<\/p>\n<p>Bring your work gloves\/appropriate shoes. \u00c2\u00a0\u00c2\u00a0We\u00e2\u20ac\u2122ll provide the bags and a limited number of non-latex gloves.<br \/>\n<strong>WIN AN IPOD SHUFFLE!<\/strong> &#8211; <strong>Get one random drawing ticket for each trash bag submitted all week&#8230;substantial trash bags&#8230;not mostly empty ones.<br \/>\nImportant safety information:<\/strong><\/p>\n<ul>\n<li> Students should have a buddy with them at all times.<\/li>\n<li> Students need to wear gloves for protection.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p>Students should never pick up sharp objects such as broken glass or needles<\/p>\n<p>&nbsp;<\/p>\n<div>\n<p>Senior Class:\u00c2\u00a0 Graduation Planning has begun!\u00c2\u00a0 Be in Nina\u00e2\u20ac\u2122s room tomorrow (Tuesday) to discuss.\u00c2\u00a0 Plan ahead, don\u00e2\u20ac\u2122t be late . Bring Lunch.<\/p>\n<\/div>\n<p>&nbsp;<\/p>\n<p>We are collecting submissions for the next Creative Commons, which will be on Tuesday, May 3rd from 6-8 pm. \u00c2\u00a0Stop by Alayne\u00e2\u20ac\u2122s room for a submission form and to write your name on the list. \u00c2\u00a0Performers, visual artists, and creative people of any kind are encouraged to participate.<\/p>\n<p>&nbsp;<\/p>\n<p>$50 dollars for the survivor intensive is due by Wednesday to Philip. There will also be a meeting for this intensive in Philip&#8217;s room Wednesday at noon to discuss paperwork and materials!
