9th graders<\/strong>, there is a class meeting at lunchtime on Tuesday in Ken’s room. \u00c2\u00a0We will begin organizing for the auction on Nov.12. \u00c2\u00a0We will have pizza for those who attend the meeting.<\/p>\n

There will be a mandatory 8th grade<\/strong> class meeting tomorrow at noon in Danielle\u00e2\u20ac\u2122s room. We will be discussing plans for our first fundraiser, the September dance.<\/p>\n

TPC<\/strong> will have a meeting at noon on Wednesday in the MPR<\/strong> for potential new members. \u00c2\u00a0Anyone wanting to try out is welcome. \u00c2\u00a0We are looking for 6-7 new members.<\/p>\n

News for the Battle of the Books 2012<\/strong>!
\nBooks have arrived to the \u00c2\u00a0library and teams for high school and for middle school students are being formed. If you wish to joint, please sign up to do so at the library. Donuts will be provided in every meeting.<\/p>\n

Catcher in the Rye . . . Harry Potter . . . Hitchhiker’s Guide to the Galaxy . . . Every year, there are hundreds of attempts to remove books from schools and libraries. Celebrate YOUR freedom to read during Banned Books Week by participating in Steller’s Banned Books Reading at Title Wave on Wednesday, September 28th<\/strong> at 5:00pm. Students interested in participating should attend a brief informational meeting in Danielle’s room today at the start of lunch.<\/p>\n

Intramural gym hockey<\/strong> sign up with Troy or in the hall on the poster. Please, you only need to sign up on one or the other. It is shaping up to be an exciting year, come join the fun, either to watch or play. Pick up games will start next Wednesday September 21st. Pick up games are open to all Steller staff and students.<\/p>\n

Dance next Friday September 23rd!<\/strong> Deadline to sign up your guests is Tuesday, September 20th at noon! \u00c2\u00a0Dance binder is in the office.<\/p>\n

If you are interested in traveling to Greece<\/strong> Philip and Leigh Anne have just a few more spots open! The deadline for enrollment is Friday the 16th. If you would like more information about the trip please see Philip or Leigh Anne.<\/p>\n
