Fall Conferences will take place on Wednesday October 26th and Thursday October 27th from 12:30-7:00pm. These will be half days for classes. These will be student led conferences that include the student, parent\/guardian(s), and the advisor, but will be led by your child. Our goal is to have 100% attendance so all Steller students have the opportunity to show off their strengths and talk about areas they need to improve. Students will have a portfolio of their work and a brief presentation to share with us during their 25-minute conference.<\/p>\n

Conferences can be scheduled a number of ways and this quarter we have access to the district\u00e2\u20ac\u2122s online scheduler, which is the easiest way for you to register.\u00c2\u00a0 Do so by following the steps below:<\/p>\n

1.\u00c2\u00a0 Go to\u00c2\u00a0http:\/\/www.asdk12.org\/ConferenceScheduling\/StudentScheduleStartExt.aspx<\/a>
\n*\u00c2\u00a0\u00c2\u00a0 This is can be reached by going to the district web page, clicking on Parent conferences on the left, and then on the Middle School conference scheduler.
\n2.\u00c2\u00a0 Choose Steller as the school
\n3.\u00c2\u00a0 Choose 7th grade!\u00c2\u00a0 (In order to work the system, all conferences are scheduled as 7th graders.\u00c2\u00a0 It is the square peg into a round hole thing)
\n4.\u00c2\u00a0 For Team Name, choose your student\u00e2\u20ac\u2122s ADVISOR (Conferences will be with the advisor, if you want to meet with classroom teachers, you will need to schedule a meeting outside of the conference dates.\u00c2\u00a0 Your student\u00e2\u20ac\u2122s advisor will have forms to request meetings.)
\n5.\u00c2\u00a0 Choose the date you wish to come in
\n6.\u00c2\u00a0 Choose your time and continue through the process.\u00c2\u00a0 You can sign up to receive a reminder email.\u00c2\u00a0 If you need to cancel your appointment time, you will have to email your advisor.<\/p>\n

If you cannot use the online scheduler, please email your student\u00e2\u20ac\u2122s advisor with times and the day that would work for you and they will schedule you into an open spot.<\/p>\n
