The survey will take place between January 17 and February 24 of 2012.<\/em><em><\/em><\/p>\n<p><em>This survey does not require parental permission and is administered to students in grades 3 &#8211; 12. If parents would like to request that their child does not complete this survey, please contact your student\u00e2\u20ac\u2122s school.
