{"id":8303,"date":"2012-01-25T09:26:56","date_gmt":"2012-01-25T17:26:56","guid":{"rendered":"http:\/\/www.stellerschool712.org\/flash\/?p=8303"},"modified":"2012-01-25T09:26:56","modified_gmt":"2012-01-25T17:26:56","slug":"teacher-and-administrator-evaluations-2","status":"publish","type":"post","link":"https:\/\/www.stellerschool712.org\/main\/teacher-and-administrator-evaluations-2\/","title":{"rendered":"Teacher and Administrator Evaluations"},"content":{"rendered":"<p>State regulations require that students, parents, community members and school staff are given the opportunity to provide information about teacher and administrator performance.\u00c2\u00a0 These regulations regarding certificated employees do not require such an opportunity for positions not requiring a certificate.<\/p>\n<p>The two forms currently available are the Evaluation Input Form on Teachers and the Evaluation Input Form on Administrators (whether they are site administrators or central office administrators).<\/p>\n<p>If you would like to complete an Evaluation Input Form you have three options:<\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>Employees can complete the web based EIF anonymously by going to the District Connection at <a href=\"http:\/\/home.asdk12.org\/\">http:\/\/home.asdk12.org<\/a>.\u00c2\u00a0 You will find links to either EIF (Teacher or Administrator) under the special announcements section.<\/li>\n<li>Members of the public and employees not wishing to remain anonymous can complete a web-based Evaluation Input Form by going to the ASD online Parents &amp; Students page link at\u00c2\u00a0<a href=\"http:\/\/www.asdk12.org\/parents\/\">www.asdk12.org\/parents\/<\/a>\u00c2\u00a0in the Current Events box.\u00c2\u00a0 Links to both Evaluation Input Forms are available.<\/li>\n<li>School sites will also have \u00e2\u20ac\u0153hard copies\u00e2\u20ac\u009d of the form for parents and employees who do not have access to a computer.\u00c2\u00a0 Each school will determine a location for the form (most likely main office).\u00c2\u00a0 Hard copies will be kept confidential and routed by the school to the immediate supervisor.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p>Web-based Evaluation Input Forms will be transmitted electronically by the Human Resources Department (Sarah Hotchkiss Flanagan, Web Programs Specialist) to the appropriate supervisor.<\/p>\n<p>The Evaluation Input Forms are now available on the website and will remain posted in their web locations through May 1, 2012.<\/p>\n","protected":false},"excerpt":{"rendered":"<p>State regulations require that students, parents, community members and school staff are given the opportunity to provide information about teacher and administrator performance.\u00c2\u00a0 These regulations regarding certificated employees do not require such an opportunity for positions not requiring a certificate.
