{"id":962,"date":"2008-10-18T20:14:33","date_gmt":"2008-10-19T04:14:33","guid":{"rendered":"http:\/\/www.stellerschool712.org\/?p=962"},"modified":"2008-10-18T20:14:33","modified_gmt":"2008-10-19T04:14:33","slug":"notice-of-intent-to-change-bylaws","status":"publish","type":"post","link":"https:\/\/www.stellerschool712.org\/main\/notice-of-intent-to-change-bylaws\/","title":{"rendered":"Notice of intent to change bylaws:"},"content":{"rendered":"<p>When Ad Board decided last year to alternate the monthly meeting times between evening and lunch times, they made it much easier for students to attend, but more difficult for parents.\u00c2\u00a0 Currently, the bylaws allow any student who can attend Ad Board, to represent their Advisory Group if the designated Rep is unable to be present&#8211;as long as each AG has only one vote.\u00c2\u00a0 Parent Group plans to propose the same accommodation be extended to\u00c2\u00a0parents.\u00c2\u00a0 Any parent who can attend will be able to vote in place of a designated Rep. or Alternate as long as the total parent votes do not exceed the allotted number of parent seats.
