We are in need of volunteers to help with the Back to School BBQ this coming Wednesday, August 29.\u00c2\u00a0 This is a fun and easy event so please come on out and help.\u00c2\u00a0\u00c2\u00a0 If you can help in any of the areas below please respond via email or phone ASAP and we will get you scheduled.<\/p>\n
Set Up – 4:30 to 5:30 PM–<\/strong>tables, chairs, (indoor or out), garbage cans & bags, prepping food items in the kitchen and setting food out on the tables.<\/p>\n Grill-Meisters – 4:30 to 7:00 PM ish\u00e2\u20ac\u201d<\/strong>grilling hotdogs and burgers starting promptly @ 5:00 PM to get ahead of the hungry masses. \u00c2\u00a0We could also use later shifts.<\/p>\n Table Monitors \u00c2\u00a0– 5:30 to 7:00 PM ish\u00e2\u20ac\u201d<\/strong>set-up, cleaning and re-organizing as we go and helping people get their side dishes set out in the right places, removing dishes that are empty, etc.<\/p>\n Runners -\u00c2\u00a05:30 to 7:00 PM ish\u00e2\u20ac\u201d<\/strong>keeping drinks filled,\u00c2\u00a0 bringing supplies from the Steller kitchen, help with spills, etc.<\/p>\n
