Congratulations to Steller string bass player Simon F. on his acceptance into this year’s 2013 All-State Orchestra. Simon participated in the 2012 All-State Orchestra as well. He qualified for Alaska’s state-level High School Solo and Small Ensemble the past two years, receiving “Superior” ratings (the highest rating possible) for his bass solos both years. This year’s All-State Orchestra along with the All-State Band and Choirs, will present a concert this Saturday, November 23, at 6:00 p.m. at West High School
