Reed’s College Junior Scholars Program

Every year, Reed (Portland, Oregon) seeks to introduce intelligent, engaged, community-minded juniors to Reed through our junior fly-in program. Students selected to attend the program have the option to either:

1. Join us for February’s Junior Visit Day and more. They’ll spend two nights on campus (February 19 and 20), participate in a daylong exploration of the college application process, learn about Reed, and visit our conference classes.

2. Choose their own adventure. Spend one night on campus (SundayThursday) on select dates in February and March and spend their days learning about Reed and visiting our conference classes.

The application for Junior Scholars is live on our website http://www.reed.edu/apply/visit/multicultural-programs.html ; applications received by January 20 will be prioritized.

LOST: Nintendo 3ds XL

I come to you with sad news. On the first day of school (Monday, February 9th 2017) I brought a Nintendo 3ds XL with a game in in that I got for Christmas. I had it charge during my 5th hour in Becky’s room, in the back right next to the eggshells. I got to 6th hour realizing I left it in Becky’s. However when I got back right after school it was gone. I have since left posters across the school with details
This thing is worth more than $200 dollars and has a lot of sentimental value to me, so it’s important that this is found. Anything teachers, students, and members of the community can do I would be eternally grateful.
