Dear Parents,
We have very few signed permission slips (due on Monday) turned in for our May 19 activity day at Lynn Ary Park. It is important that we receive these slips in order to calculate buses , bikes and BBQ amounts. PLEASE return your slip asap with both sides signed. If you need a form, click here.

Camp Erin for Grieving Teens and Children
Camp Erin is an annual weekend camp for grieving children, ages 6-17 yrs. There are only 60 spaces, total, available for campers….and they want to fill every one with children and teens who are grieving the loss by death (recent or not-so-recent) of a special person in their lives. Here are several good reasons why the camp can help with their healing, and bring them the opportunity for a happy and healthy life:
-Â grief activities to promote memory-making and understanding of personal resources to help them with their grief
-Â peer support to normalize their grief process
-Â trained volunteers and professional staff
Also, please note:
-Â no charge to families!
-Â no school is missed (it’s a weekend camp)
Note: Camp Erin will take place at Birchwood Camp on the weekend of October 7, 8 and 9, 20ll: although it seems far away, it is not too early for campers to apply! Once students return this coming fall, many or most of the camper spots may be taken.  Please apply by the end of this school year!

Updated Graduation List
Senior Breakfast, Thursday, 7:30 am
The sophomore class will host graduating Steller Seniors and their Parents at the annual Senior Breakfast, this Thursday, April 21 at 7:30. All seniors should have received their formal invitations in the mail this last week. While it’s usually the early bird who gets the worm, we promise no worms are on the menu, and you can still RSVP by email to stellerclass2013@gmail.com. We would also like to thank the Class of 2011 for using some of their stellar fund-raising proceeds to purchase four chafing dishes for use at this annual event. Your donation leaves a legacy that will be much appreciated by current and future sophomores.
