The Steller Auction committee has two work days planned to organize the donations and to get everything ready – Monday March 28 and Friday April 1. Â If you’re able to help during the school day, please contact Rebecca Martin (952-4460), or Wendy Woolf (653-7751), or just come by the school.
We are also in need of the following items:  hangers, coat racks, empty baskets, platters, cake pedestals, tiered serving dishes, sarongs, and beach towels/blankets. The theme for the auction is Dessert Beach, and we’re looking for colorful fabric to decorate the walls. Please drop these donations off at Steller by Tuesday March 29th.
If you have questions, send a note to steller.auction@gmail.com.
Don’t forget to drop your donations off at the school by this Friday March 25th.
We appreciate everyone’s help.

All Community Meeting Reminder
Hey! Come and join the rest of the Steller community at this month’s All Community Meeting! This is a gathering of parents, staff and students and anyone is welcome. The meeting starts at 6:30 in the MPR this Thursday night (3/24) and we will be discussing the Steller Directions plan, Steller’s image and the creation of a New-to-Steller Parent Orientation.
For those of you that don’t want to miss dinner, Leigh Anne’s Advisory Group is hosting a spaghetti feed fundraiser in the gym starting at 5:30. The cost is $5 per person with a cap of $20 per family. Temple of the Bean will also be open and all proceeds are going to Adopt a Dog Alaska.
So come support your school, get to know Steller’s community and have some spaghetti!
Steller Activity Night – April 15th, 2011
It’s that time of year again… the Steller Activity Night! Be ready to rock around the clock with activities throughout the building. Remember, once the doors at Steller are locked there will be no admittance and no leaving. Once in the building, students will have a choice of planned activities and contests or they can just hang out… maybe even doze off for a few hours!
The fun ends early on Saturday.
Please make sure your student has transportation and will be out the door between 6:30 and 7:00am.
R rated movies will be shown in some of the rooms, but students will not be admitted to these rooms unless they have a signed permission slip. (See reverse) A complete list of movies will be available closer to the event.
Dinner will not be served, but the senior class will be arranging for snacks throughout the evening and breakfast Saturday morning.
The Activity Night cannot happen without significant parent support, for which we are very grateful! It’s a fun way to fulfill the annual 10 hour per family suggested volunteer time. If you would like to volunteer, please provide the following information to Nina or Gerald:
Click here to download the volunteer form.
Students must also have a completed permission slip on file with the office. Â This includes the ratings of movies they are allowed to view.
