Talent Show

We would like to invite students, friends, and family to join us at the Steller 2011 Talent Show and Dessert Night! The event will occur Friday, January 28th, at 7pm, in the Steller MPR. If your family would like to donate a dessert for the event, please bring it to school Friday or to the show. With your help, this year’s show will be a success. Thank you, and we’ll see you Friday Night!

Talent Show

We are pleased to invite students, parents, relatives and community members to the annual Steller Talent and Dessert Night, this Friday, February 28th. Our program this year is full of wonderfully talented students and groups
including music, dance, and spoken word performances.  If you are able, please bring a dessert to share, which may be dropped off any time during school on Friday or bring it to the show with you.  Hope to see everyone there!

Dear Senior Parents,

Prom is fast approaching and the Class of 2011 is hosting !
We will be at Viking Hall on Briarwood, off Dimond Blvd on Saturday, February 5th.  The decorating will happen earlier in the afternoon at noon rather than in the evening just before the dance.  We are looking for parent volunteers to  help:
Shop for snacks
Supervise Decorations (12noon-3:00ish)
Serve food/drink
Chaperone!!!!

There are two chaperone shifts:  7:30 – 10:30 and  9:30 – 12midnight
Please let Nina or Gerald know ASAP if you are able to chaperone.  Without chaperones the dance cannot go on:)

Thanks!

University of Alaska Day, January 18th

Greetings!

I just wanted to share this very exciting event with you all in the hopes that you will pass it along to your teachers, students, parents and community members.

The University of Alaska is hosting a free online system day via CollegeWeekLive.com on Tuesday, January 18, 2011 from 10:00 am – 5:00 pm Alaska Standard Time.
