Points of Light Youth Leadership Institute – Spring Break
For the 20th year, we are offering the yearly Alaska Points of
Light Youth Leadership Institute training during Spring Break. The coalition
Friends of Alaska PYLI works collaboratively with all school and
community based organizations to provide a World Class Community
Service Leadership Training to all interested students. We are also a
ASD School Business Partner and Alaska PYLI is an official ASD
Credit By Choice Option. The registration cost is $ 100 but we have
some scholarships available based upon need.
We are inviting diverse students in grades 8-12 to attend the March 13-17
Alaska PYLI being held in Anchorage during Spring Break. (9:00 a.m.-5:00 p.m.)
Because we anticipate a larger, more diverse group of students, we will
have the PYLI Institute at the Jack White Real Estate Training Room in the
Centerpoint Building in Anchorage instead of the Anchorage Corps Community Center.
